TINYWOOD THREE
Our third property, Tinywood Three is a 20 foot property made from steel and wood to the same high specification as the original Tinywood One. However, in this unit, both the bedrooms are upstairs, leaving the ground floor free as a lounge/diner with extra convertible double bed. Sleeps four + three upstairs with guest sofas for two + one downstairs - total 8 berth.
Guests will be amazed to find a well appointed kitchen finished with worktop, a fold away dining table that seats five, a living room with wood burner and sofa, separate shower and toilet and two staircases leading to bedrooms and the hot tub.... all on the ground floor!
A spiral staircase leads to a landing from which guests can access the hot tub via a doorway, or access the master sleeping loft with king size double bed.
Beneath the landing is a small fridge with freezer adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which offers sink and twin hob.

Capacity 5 + 3 people in 1 king and 3 singles +2 people accommodated on sofa bed +1 person accommodated on a chair bed.

Bed linen is provided for all four beds but not the +2 sofa bed or +1 chair bed. Guests must bring sleeping bags for the sofa bed and the chair bed. Base sheets will be provided, but guests must pre arrange this.

The Tiny Wooden Hut is located adjacent to a working arable field.

It is the guests responsibility to ensure the Tiny House is left clean and tidy.
